## Aeternis Circle
Aeternis Circle is our customer account and member invitation experience. It may include order history access, saved checkout details, private discount codes, early access, seasonal offers, and future member tiers.
Creating or using an Aeternis Circle account is optional. Guest checkout remains available when supported by Shopify checkout and payment settings.
Membership names such as Circle, Inner Circle, and Aurum Circle describe promotional and customer-experience tiers. They do not create a cash balance, ownership right, subscription entitlement, or guaranteed discount. Aeternis may update, rename, pause, or discontinue membership benefits at any time, subject to applicable law.
## Discount Codes And Promotions
Discount codes are issued at Aeternis's discretion. Codes may be limited by time, product, collection, customer, market, minimum order value, or other eligibility rules.
Unless we clearly state otherwise, only one discount code can be used per payment. Discount codes cannot be exchanged for cash, transferred for resale, or applied retroactively after an order is placed.
Some Aeternis Circle codes may close after a short window, including 32 hours after the code is issued or after the campaign begins. The exact expiration is controlled by the discount settings used in Shopify and/or the offer terms shown when the code is issued.
Sale items may remain eligible when the discount settings allow it. Final eligibility, discount amount, and any restrictions are shown at checkout.
If a discount code is used in a way that appears abusive, automated, fraudulent, or inconsistent with the offer terms, Aeternis may cancel the code, cancel the order, or refuse the promotion, subject to applicable law.
## Third-Party Fulfillment And Dropshipping
Aeternis is a curated online store. Some products may be sourced from, fulfilled by, and shipped directly through third-party suppliers, manufacturers, or fulfillment partners. Aeternis remains your point of contact for customer service, order questions, return requests, and store policies.
Shipping origin, packaging, carrier, tracking updates, and delivery timelines may vary by product, supplier, destination, stock availability, and customs or carrier conditions. We aim to provide clear processing and shipping information before checkout and to update customers when we become aware of a material delay.
Do not send returns to the sender address on the package, a supplier address, or a manufacturer address unless Aeternis has provided written return authorization for that specific order.
## Returns, Refunds, And Member Benefits
If an order is cancelled, returned, refunded, charged back, or otherwise reversed, any promotional benefit, member-tier progress, private offer, or code eligibility connected to that order may be adjusted or removed. Your Aeternis Circle account access will not be removed solely because you make a valid return.
This approach keeps the program fair while protecting customers who need help with a real order issue.
## Product Use And Beauty Claims
Aeternis offers personal-care products, beauty tools, and ritual accessories. Our products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or medical condition.
Any visible-result language on the site refers to cosmetic appearance, comfort, touch, routine, or self-care experience. Results vary from person to person. If you have a medical condition, allergy, skin sensitivity, implanted electronic device, pregnancy-related concern, or any other health question, consult a qualified professional before using a product.
